A bucket list trip for many, yes. Not for me. I'm sure it will be spectacular but I still have so many other "must rides" to get to. The distances and the mosquitoes don't interest me but my buddy and I go way back and he's a great planner and ride partner so what the hell. As far as challenging, I'll let those who have done it chime in on that one.
Go early if you can. I left SLC area on April 27 and got home the first week of June and only had two days of the dreaded mosquito plague... Have a camera that you can quickly access and on a lanyard so you can also quickly drop it and ride away if whatever you're shooting at decides to 'approach' you.... :)

My 2020 ride plans include the Marble Falls rally, the PNW Tenere rally in Oregon, the Cache rally in Flaming Gorge, Utah. A trip to Key West...and...more (I hope) as it comes along.

The Arctic Circle is a must visit, just to say you've been if nothing else!

Mike
This kind of contradict your signature ;)
- but I agree, not least because there are some nice places to ride and see north of the Arctic Circle.

The only plan I've made so far is a week next month on Gran Canaria, went to Tenerife a couple of years ago and it was great for some winter sun and endless bends. Have booked a CB500X for three days then a T7 for the following three days so it should be interesting. I'm not riding with these guys but the vid give you and idea of the roads over there.

The season starts early for me this year.
Yesterday I received an invite to a couple of days off road riding in Spain, so now I'm at the airport waiting for my flight. Take off in 30 minutes.
I'll spend the rest of the week here: http://www.adventureridercentre.co.uk/

That looks like good fun, and it’s much warmer than Northern Europe is at the moment. Have fun!

Thank you.

Just exited the airport in Malaga.
The weather was actually nice back home in DK even though I've traveled 3000 km south...

Well, that all went tits up! My France and Picos trip now all cancelled. Credit note from the ferry company and a full refund from the house we were renting.
At this point in time, in Europe, I’m not feeling confident there’ll be any travel allowed on the other side of the channel before about Sept, if at all this year.
Still, am fortunate enough to have missed C19 so far, so no complaining from me.

My plan is to get treatment for my injuries and not be in pain all the time.

I'm revising my plans, as I'm sure the entire world is :)

Staying in my home province (BC is larger than Texas, so I'm sure I'll find places to go ride to ;) ) and maybe heading into Alberta if the situation in August is stable. I'm considering doing more 'wild' camping to stay away from crowed campgrounds when I do head out, but pretty much everything is TBD.

I was supposed to have gone to Germany a couple of weeks ago, Stena Line have given me up until the end of November to book another crossing until the end of 2012. I could have had a refund but I am more than happy to rebook. Depending on how Covid-19 pans out, it could be this September/October or I may just wait until next year.

Things are looking better than they were here in Europe now, so next week I’m off to France and the Gorge Du Tarn, perhaps the Vosge as well.
Still planning to social distance and be as careful with the COVID stuff as I am here. Will be taking hand sanitizer, anti bac wipes and a few masks. Going across using the train, as there’s far less person contact.

I haven't seen disinfectant wipes in well over a month. Plenty of hand sanitizer. The stuff at the gym smells like tequila. (there's more than a few local distilleries that are now making hand sanitizer) Hopefully the Millennials don't use it to wash down their Tide Pods.
