    darkside / car tire ????

Do you think I could fit an FJR rear wheel to open up the car tire options? I'm sure the weird cush drive plate from the Tenere won't play well with the FJR splines and stuff, but for those who've had both and had the wheels off... what do you think?

Corbin seat, what am I doing wrong?

Have You Ever Been Mistaken for L.E.O.?

I was outside the National Cathedral talking with a friend while giving him a tour of town. My gray Darien pants and hi-viz jacket and his klim badlands full kit caused a lady to ask us if it was ok for her park in the circle to drop off stuff for a party. We told her she could park wherever she...

I screwed up, empty final drive!

I rode mine pretty far (like more than 100 miles) totally dry before it destroyed one of the ball bearings. If you caught it, you're probably fine. Fill, ride, change, ride, check plug... go.

    Windscreen turbulence

I don't think that's an airflow... Givi air thing, yes... Airflow? I'm not seeing it. And I have an airflow on a GEN2 that I built onto a cut down stock screen.

    Aerostich R3

Too bad it's not a few months ago. That's about the same as the earnest money I'm about to put into a new house. And it's cut just for me. I measured out exactly that at a pop-up event.

    muscle bike

I have a first gen V-Max sitting at my parents' house (only brought my S10 down here when we moved to Nashville). You want it? I give you good price. Not that I don't like it. It's a beast. Awesome sound, awesome power, and actually good handling with all the mods I've done. I just never ride...

What you did to your Tenere today??!!

I think I'm gonna take off my home-made carbon panels and put the stock plastics back on. Mine look cool and start conversations, but I had an aux light bolt grind a hole in the corner on my ss1k this summer. whatevz. I'll keep them on the shelf or take them to school for the science classes to...

    Newbie questions

Side deflectors and mirror extenders will solve it. Oh, and centering the bars. I've run the same $10 ebay mirror extenders on multiple yamahas. Get the ones with one right and one left threaded bolt so you don't lose your mind during install.

    What tent?

On ADVRider there's a thread about collapsed tent pole length. I looked in there when I picked my Kelty tent. I should have spent a bit more and gotten one that's more screen and less material with maybe two entry doors. I make it work just fine, though, as it's only me when I use that one...

JW Speaker 8691 Adaptive Lights as Aux Lights

Yeah. even with the part number search, I was wondering. It's not very clear in the description. So on the comfortlite ones, are the extra angle ones on all the time? Could be cool, but not really what we're going for.
