    I would try locking out the damper movement in the top triple (I did it with big washers) I had a hard time with the extra movement from my risers until I did that. K

    I also do all my own services and fit my own tyres in Sydney. 10,000km is a minor service but they do lift the tank (or say they do) so they charge more than what you would think. If you have to go to a dealer, its a crapshoot, but you can not go too far wrong with a minor service. Just get them...

    Yes, the inner race of the lower bearing is a press fit. I cut as much as I can with a dremmel and then split it with a wedge/chisel. Usually works OK. Then you really need a hydraulic press to get the new one on.

    Thanks Doug, Hopefully your set up will work fine. The 59mm ID, I put on the top spacer should be about right then. If anyone gets one made, they can report back on the fit, because I will not be taking mine out to check this.
