I did it two years ago in early July. Like skunkwork says hot in lower elevations but I had to turn around just a little bit past Blue cabin because there was still too much snow. I'm ready to go back. It shore is nice up there. I did part of Wyoming couple months ago. I was pressed for time...

There's a few shops in college station as well. If those, or the one sierra 1 mentioned, can't help it's probably Conroe or Houston.

I did up to Lander bout 3 weeks ago. Didn't have time to do it all so I'm planing on going back next year myself. The southern part was really nice but I heard the last two sections are the best.

I went in July 2019. Great ride!! Rained a little on the way back down the Dempster but not so bad that the roads got messy. Spend the 5-10 on a bug hat if your camping. Best money I've ever spent. I want to go back but the Canucks wont let me in right now. Maybe next year.

I'd be up for it but I'm heading out Friday to do part of the CDR and nmbdr and then over to Arizona.

Haha. Welcome from another Austinite who's also not as proud as he used to be. You're still not far from a lot of great riding though so that makes up for what Austin's become.

If you dont have a bug hat in there I'd get one of those. I rode up there a few yrs ago and it was the best 5-10$, whatever it was, that I ever spent.

Well it looks like it was the bulbs. I didn't think it would be since they'd work sometimes and sometimes they wouldn't but I guess they were going in and out. I had another tenere before this one and when the bulbs went out they just went out. Anyhow they seem to be working fine now so I'll...

2019 tenere, around 35,000. After 5 minutes or so the headlights, both high beams and low beams, came on so it's not the bulbs.

Rode to work last week and on the way home I noticed the headlights weren't working. I flipped the high beam switch on and off a few times and then eventually they came on; not sure if that caused them to come on or not. I've ridden it a couple times since then and it's still doing the same...
