What do we now think of the bike

Guess I will look for the definitive thread to noodle if I can do this and what I will need as I would like to get it done. Smoothness and less chatter is a goal now that I know it is achievable.

    Toronto to Colorado 2019

thanks for sharing. Will review your route. Pretty much going to plot a speed course for the mountains in Colorado. Just don't have enough time to do as much as I would like. 3 days out and 3 days back leaves me 4 days or so to do the passes. Long days in the saddle to get there :)

Perhaps I am lucky but don’t notice any issue through the range.

    FT ECU in Canada

Thanks, Last year was a great one as I completed the TLH solo. Enjoyed the trip and the bike was flawless....however I should have gotten new tires before I headed out. This year I hope Colorado

What do we now think of the bike

Cool thanks for the heads up. Was this something you did yourself or dealer? Cost? I would love to have it a bit smoother and refined.

What do we now think of the bike

No I havn't. What does that change do and how different does it feel? I will research this as I am not sure what that mod does but excited I could improve the feel. :)

    FT ECU in Canada

Correct not FTECU......ECUnleashed. I posted my story to underscore ensuring what ever vender you use make sure they acknowledge our Canadian ECU's have immobilizers. Getting a tune is worth it...I was just unlucky.

    FT ECU in Canada

I sent mine off to ECU Unleashed and it was a certified nightmare I just finished update another thread with the details after not being on this thread for along time. Here is a copy and paste of my experience from the other tread. - sent it in to AF1 Racing - they tried the reflash and...

Bumot Xtremada Soft Panniers Vs. Mosko Moto Soft Panniers

Appreciate the video. Great review. that said I love the versatility of the M Moto bag and so will be ordering those. Right now I run Caribou 35lt but given I will do more dirt this year feel safer with a soft bag. Mosko as carries extra fuel and they just seem to have thought about...

What do we now think of the bike

I love this bike. It handles better than I ever thought it would. Seems to just fall into the corners so well and is flickable.....doesn't make sense looking at it yet. I have spent many 12 - 15 hour days in the saddle of this bike and could still walk after stepping off. Just seems to do it...

    Toronto to Colorado 2019

Looking to ride Colorado this year. I did the TLH last year and this seems like another big one. Lots of slab to get there.....3000kms then 5 days riding or so there. Other option which I have put my name down for is to join the Western group ride with the group for several days with a heard...

Reflashed ECU now Immobilizer light is flashing and bike is dead

Well clearly a big delay in my response....only now getting back into this forum and will be more active moving forwards. To be honest it took me this long to mentally go back to the experience but want the word out there so others can understand the risk. I will attempt to detail what...
