    Copper washer seems out of shape or pinched. This is a caliper rebuild kit from ebay....seems legit...I'll phone my local dealer tomorrow and ask if they can rebuild and not replace....

    I cleaned everything off and then started pumping the brake pedal again and the oil started coming out from this connection here as Sierra1 mentioned. Not sure what line this is (brake fluid?) but are washers available for this part? Can't see with certainty what 3xactly is broken here....

    Hi all, so the rear brakes are giving issues. On inspection the below photos show the area from where the fluid is coming out. Brake fluid tank is empty. Any advice? I've checked the pipes and the connection around this area and there appears to be no cracks, lose connections, or rattling parts....

    Going on these numbers..... 23 l capacity - 1.5 l from bottom to top of filler neck = 21,5 l 21,5 l - 5 l reserve = 16,5 l so perhaps I'm a litre or 2 short. And in that you're saying 80 - 100km (50 / 60 miles on the reserve?

    Having same issue with a burnt connector. Anyone know the description of this connector? Or a brand name? If I walked into a parts store or yamaha dealer how would I describe this to them? & is it only the connector that's an issue or the entire harness needs to be replaced?
