    Brake Bleed

I just did the clutch and brake bleed for the first time on a 2013 and after cracking the bleeder valve I didn’t have to close it each time I pumped the pedal/lever, there was zero reuptake of the expelled fluid through the open bleeder when I released the lever/pedal. finding this out made it...

    Light bars

my spot flood combo really lights things up, esp for back roads or on a corner where I dont wanna outride the headlight, I flip it on. I have it wired into my brights. It was a lil project getting it to mount in the holes under there, I did it with a few scrap pieces of 1/8” steel

    Best LED Headlamps these days

Yeah they seem to be. there seems to be a sweet spot for the center of the beam on the horizontal plane, like back-and-forth and I adjusted them just by pulling or pushing the cooling unit to get the best light distribution

    Light bars

I installed the harbor freight light bar, there’s one that fits right between the shocks in the front, I think it’s a 6 inch as well. has held up through multiple rains in two years without any rust or faults.

anyone using nitrogen for tire fill?

Costco has nitrogen now so ot made me consider it. I do have a mini electric pump in one of my saddle bags at all times… I think because of the lack of both considerable advantage for using nitrogen and availability of it im gonna stick with air, I check my pressures everyday on a long trip and...

    1pc fishing pole carrier/mount ?? ideas/suggestions

I want to add a spot to carry my 7 foot one piece fishing pole. I’m thinking about adding a short piece of PVC to exterior of one of the bags to sit the handle in,and have the pole stick straight up in the air. I am hesitant with puncturing my bags though and would orefer the mount to be...

plug in the groove- would you replace?

After talking to some guys in a local motorcycle club I ordered a new tire. I don’t want the risk on a repaired tire on a long trip or around town on the freeway, some of the steel in the tire was broken and thinking about it more, the peace of mind is worth the $200 for a new rear tire. thanks...
