Took the clutch cover off, put it on TDC, used my endoscope, removed manual CCT and inspected everything........everything looks fine, everything is there and in place, I'll crank it tomorrow again and listen in, I guess this is a loud engine and I should just get used to it o_O

I guess I'm going to do the same, take the clutch cover off and check and re check everything, will let you know how it goes

UPDATE : removed and dissected fuel pump, all o rings are fine, filter a bit dirty, so I changed it for a new one, Removed tip over sensor and replaced it with the tip over sensor from my Superduke 990 :oops:, put every single thing back together, added 5 liters of fresh gas, have NOID lights on...
