I just picked up this very nice condition Yamaha Super Tenere Worldcrosser a 2013 model, with 13,000 miles on the clock. What amazed me about this bike is the amount of extras fitted by the previous owner, i calculated £4400 worth and all genuine Yamaha. I am coming off a very disappointing experience with a 2012 Honda VFR1200X Crosstourer, just could not get on with that bike, felt very top heavy, but it was the very poor suspension particularly the front, that i could not accept. So i cut my losses and bought the Tenere, so far really pleased.

That is the one Rob, you are from Bridgend? i am from Tenby originally, live on the South Coast now but all my family in Tenby still. I managed to get a good discount on the bike, it was a bit overpriced. But the amount of extras and the condition is extraordinary. Already booked a trip to Morocco in May and a trip to Norway/Sweden in late August/Early September with this bike.

@Shepski - Welcome to the forum. That's a very nice looking bike and sounds like a great deal as well. Please take a moment to put your location in your profile so others will know where in the world you are later on. It gives context to your posts and makes it easier for others to answer questions specific to your model as well.

Congratulations ! Looks better than new ! I am surprised how many folks ask what kind of bike I’m riding, those white Yamaha labels on yours really stand out.

Weird the guy I bought my S10 from have just switched to the 1200x because he thought it was less top heavy than the S10! His loss my gain. Funny how we individually can have completely differences on the same bike.
