Great to have a Tecate for a hot day!!! Salud!Took a trip down to Mexico, visited Canyon de Guadalupe which is a hot springs / campground 35 miles down a dirt/sand/rock road. Pretty cool place, may have to spend the night there at some point. Good food after getting back to the highway.
On my next trip down that way I would like to go there. Been on my bucket list for awhile. My wife wanted to ride today, and the Goldwing has heated seats..... so Tenere got a rest. We sat on a corner, in Winslow Arizona, behind a flatbed Ford.
Man that one that toppled over is an old sucker. They usually don't grow their first arm till they are 100! That cactus probably weighed in around 3500 pounds wet. Go back in a few months once it is decomposed a bit and you will be able to see the ribs of it. Kinda interesting how the structure of them works.Quick little ride out in the desert. Just over 50 miles total, and less than 2 hours. Love it here!
