    Accessory wire connection

Rob, thanks, actually ordered one last night. Ordered this Chigee gadget under the influence of “don’t think I need this, but MUST have it” Hoping to get to Morocco this year so will add a lot of functionality to the bike for me.

    Accessory wire connection

Thanks, I do have a pigtail I fitted in storage after my battery died, my Garmin Zumo wired direct to battery came on and killed the battery after many moons in storage, have now connected it properly to ignition off. I use the pigtail for any heavy lifting. Checking today what amps the Chigee...

    Accessory wire connection

Hello all, Been away a while. It’s that time of year when I start to think about pulling my ten out of winter storage. I usually celebrate this with yet another gadget .This time I bought the Chigee AIO-5 Lite system. I actually initially ordered it for my XTZ750 but that did 4 miles in between...

    Out of storage!

Lol, this place is famous for the hardware that’s kept in it. It’s actually some way from where i live. There are multiple Astons, and much much more in there, including a lot of motorcycles. One of the Aston’s is the original Bond DB5 with the guns in the bumper. As for the one in the pic I...

    Out of storage!

Pulled my 2016 beast out of storage after a while for an MOT. Managed a quick trip to Surrey and back on a good weather day (rare in the UK nowadays). Bike thundered around happy to be free. My Arrow decat and Akrapovic loud enough to scare the birds :). Back in storage and now looking forward...

I travel a lot but next time I’m back in London will give you a shout. That 750 has a full service history and all its paperwork from the day it was sold in 1993. Apart from servicing It has rarely had a spanner on it. I sometimes look at it and wonder how it can be 30yrs old. Hopefully the 1200...

Grey S10 at Hangar Lane gyratory London

Lol, yes, quite a coincidence! I had said the same thing to John the manager when i dropped mine off the last time and had seen (yours) in the opposite bay. Perhaps a coffee meet one day down the street ?. Yours is the colour i wanted to get but found a mint 2016 with 3,300 miles in the "racing...

Grey S10 at Hangar Lane gyratory London

I’m with Lexham @ £750 a year fully comp with two years NCB and £8000 value. Bike always parked in a locked storage facility. It has never once been left on the street at night. I ride it and it gets taken back to the storage facility every time (a real pain). So many big bikes get stolen in...

Only just saw this as I have been travelling, we probably pay the same storage bill every month in fact if I’m not wrong our bikes face each other.

It’s interesting, I keep mine in a heated and locked facility in London (it can’t be parked where I live) and there are two others in there in the bubbles but I’ve never seen them move.

Skunkworks - a crazy English road system - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hanger_Lane_gyratory This one is a little famous, think of it as a very large roundabout that you have to get around at some speed, speed limits are out the window, the sheer inertia of the traffic sets the tone across...

Fantastic comment! and so true, every time I get on mine (not often enough) I always feel special. Farkled almost to the limit (is there such a thing?) I just love riding it even just around town. Plenty of other road users always commenting on it. Longer trips coming up in Spring and cant wait.

Shout out to the guy on the grey S10 with panniers waiting for the lights to change a few days ago. I came up adjacent to you and a bike length behind in traffic, and was so excited to see another S10 I sat on the horn trying to get your attention, In the end flipped my visor and shouted and...
