I changed the rear pumpkin seal, rear drive oil, and rear brake pads. No more gear oil drip! Adjusted the windsheild and went for a short ride.

Here are pictures of the skid plate. You can change the short oil filter without removing the plate. The long filter is close. The plate provides protection from debris/rocks. I went with the altrider plate because it is a frame mounted skid plate. Thanks, Randy

3405 miles in 7 days. North Texas to Death Valley. Went to 4 National Parks and Area 51. No rain this trip. My Michelin Road/Trail tires are worn out. A new set of Michelin Road 5 Trail tires are in garage for next trip!

I got lucky when I bought the bike. It had the Ohlins on it. The bike was really clean and taken care of. I added an altrider crash bar, changed the front tire, and fluids.
