Thanks to all. I took the assembly out and checked the wiring back to the main plug. Found corroded connector terminal at the left shutter plug. Cleaned and reinstalled. Both work. That you all again.

I purchased a 2012 S10. My right side headlamp actuates on highbeam. Should both actuate? Any info greatly appreciated.
