Lol. The dealer that I went to had all but one size in stock (the one I needed). I was pretty impressed by that. That was $6,000+ in product on one rack.
I was impressed enough by the suit (quality wise), that I decided to go ahead and order one. They were running a sale for the holidays too...
I picked one up a couple months ago. It’s a nice suit. I wear it mostly for commuting. I stay completely dry even during heavy rain.
On sizing...the local BMW dealer was good enough to order me one and I paid after I tried it on to confirm that it fit.
This. You’re lucky OP. I’ve had two vehicles hit and damaged while parked. In neither case did the drivers in question leave a note.
I’m sure that I’d be ticked that this happened, but just keep in mind that you’re lucky you can deal with insurance and that they should get this straightened out...
The OP was looking to upgrade to the aftermarket muffler in question. As this thread was directly related to the question that I had (stock vs. this muffler, as well as the volume difference between the two)...I opted to bump this thread to ask my question, rather than start a new one.
It’s loud and it sounds awesome. Definitely not for me though.
I think they’ll be willing to yank the aftermarket can and put a stock one on. If so...I think I’ll take it.

That's what I'm expecting from the few clips I've managed to find. It doesn't seem like there's much of a volume difference from just above idle to 3,000+ RPM. That is to say that it seems (through ear buds) to be loud the moment the throttle advances past idle.
That brings up a good point. I...
A first gen that I'm looking at online has a Two Brothers slip-on. I live in a suburban setting and head out for work at o'dark-thirty. I don't want to be that guy that wakes up the neighbors with an obnoxious motorcycle before the sun comes up.
From listening to audio clips online, this...
I had a similar looking pair of overpants from Tourmaster. I wore them over whatever I had on at the time (ex. Jeans). With the vents closed, they were comfortable until it got pretty chilly out. I wore them up over 95* with the vents open. They survived 10+ off-road wipe-outs. Thankfully...
