I am wondering if the Percy McBride dealership somewhere in Canada still exists. I have got a Beautiful BSA A65SA Spitfire MKIII from which I know was sent to them in september ‘67. Trying to make the history complete.

All information is welcome. Google only told me very little about the man itself.

Thanks!
Stefan

That's a very tidy A65 you have there. Somewhat underrated back in the day, but the Small Heath factory was in trouble, so build quality tended to suffer. Thank goodness for marque experts like SRM.

Percy McBride was a famous name in Canadian motorcycle circles, having first set up shop in Toronto in 1909: -

I have great memories as a kid visiting the store! I believe The McBride store has been torn down for a condo.
