Ok! Lets tart fresh. Please read.
This is not my design, I purchase the design from @Synk. So credits goes for him. His original post here: https://www.yamahasupertenere.com/index.php?threads/hand-guard-extensions-3d-printing.29684/)
This is more like a printing service, probably for US, since shipping from Poland will be expensive. Again, this is a service for the community, I'm not a company or business just a s10 lover, like I did with the caps.

If you have a 3Dprinter or a friend and want to try to print them for yourself, this is the @Synk link for purchase the design from him: HERE
If you are in Europe probably the shipping will be less if you purchase from @Synk, here is his ebay link: eBay

If anyone wants a pair from me (Shipped from US) please let me know. Shipping is little high than the caps that I make (because of the size) But will keep a cool price the forum, 38U$. for the pair, shipping included (via USPS) to all US. I will try to have a pair printed in black, but you can order in any other color (but will take a little longer, since takes around 18 hours for the pair in high quality to print.)

Price for international shipping will be in the order of 55U$ to 60U$ depends of the destination country.

Any interested please let me know here or by email to deftoner@protonmail.com

PD: If you have any doubt about purchasing the designs or asking @Synk for shipping or printing them for you, PM him directly or at the correct thread: HERE

Received my set yesterday! Will be installing tomorrow.
They look well made. My 1st concern is that they may be brittle and break if they get whacked by a tree branch or in a tip over.
It was 22f when I rode into work this morning and my trash can guards did pretty well. Can't wait to try these!
Thanks @deftoner !
My only concern if they fit correctly. Are made in ABS, and 80% fill. I can even make them 100%. But I really doubt that they will brake that easy. If they ever break, you send me a picture and I will send you a new pair :D

If you need very durable, you can order a printout e.g. 20% with zero wall thickness, and then fill the print volume with resin. But you need a vacuum pump for that. The second option - the printout with 80% filling should be covered with glass or carbon fiber and covered with resin. You can also download the stl file from me (see my post) and make it by machining from some plastic (e.g. PA6, PA66) or even aluminum. And there is another method - you can print SLA (resin) - but it is a much more expensive manufacturing method and less accessible.

It's colder than a witch's...well, you know.
Installed one side so far. Easy install, just push it on. Good interference fit, seems stable. Not as much coverage as my trash can model. Should deflect a lot of the air coming from the front. It does not wrap around the sides or extend very far to the mirror. I will add more info after a ride or two. First impression is that it's a good addition to the OE guards. They definitely look like they belong there. Maybe a little better finish along the bottom edge would improve the look.

for improving the bottom edge you can use abrasive mesh (for plaster walls). The best mesh - 150 or 180. It is good for PLA, I think - for ABS too.

Second method - use of a soldering iron, but it should be done carefully, with temperature 250-300°C. .

Took a 2 hour ride today. Wasn't very cold, 45f. the extensions seemed to work well blocking wind off my hands. I'll probably have a better idea tomorrow morning when its in the 30s. I rode some dirty roads including a stretch of washboard. The extensions didn't vibrate, slip, move, fly off, so I'll give them an A+ on fit and mounting. So far, they seem like a nice piece of kit to add if you're riding in colder weather.
Well done @deftoner

If you are on a budget for wind protection. $17 bux Hard to beat. On and off in 2 minutes. Not near as cool looking as the printed thoughView attachment 75797
This is a common hand climate protection, very common in argentina too. but was proven that they are very unsafe. When you take a hand of to accommodate the gps, or a mirror, or open your helmet, or even when letting the bike go during an accident.
