@stuartro - Do you already have the TT adventure windshield? They sell them for both Gens. If you go to your link, you will notice that you have to select the year of your bike to order. That tells them which one to send you.
Anything that fits a 2013 will fit as far back as 2010. 2014 is the first year of Gen II bikes. Since those bikes came with an adjuster, I guess Touratech decided not to market one for the newer bikes. The only difference is the hole pattern for the
windscreen.
HOWEVER, if you want a Touratech windshield mount/adjuster, the one they sell for 2013 will bolt up to your 2016 w/o modification. The only down side is that you will need to order any windshield for the Gen I, 2013 and older bikes to fit the adapter,
and your stock windshield will not bolt to the older style adjuster.
The simplest thing would be to order just a Madstad adjuster w/o screen, and then order the Touratech windsheild for a 2016, Then you could still mount your stock windshield to the Madstad mount too, if you wanted to. You might have to contact Madstand and ask about buying just the adapter w/o a windscreen.
If you prefer the less expensive Touratech adjustable mount, (wow, you never here less expensive and Touratech in the same sentence!), then order it, and the Touratech adventure screen for a 2013 model year. That will fit directly to your 2016 Super Ten with out modification.
There is a very small chance that the black plastic filler piece underneath the bottom of the windscreen will need to be swapped for the early model one. I had to do this to mount the Gen I windscreen to my Gen II bike w/o an adjuster.
