Kenny Roberts, yes.

But for a bike that has any off-road implications, the classic Yamaha yellow scheme can only mean one thing --- The HURRICANE: Bob Hannah.

Yellow did it for me. I had a couple red, white and blue RZ-350's. Always wished they were the Kenny Roberts version. Now I'm happy!
Mine is race blu. I like it, but would have chosen the yellow one if they sold it in Europe. Really great colour! ::012::

That is a 1978 YZ Hanna is riding; first year of the aluminum swingarm. My first new bike was a 1978 YZ125E and Hanna was my hero. ::022::

the custom skid plate really looks sweet. But it doesn't look like there is enough protection over the radiator.

I got the black by default and am glad I did, it was the only one left in stock, I think the matt black looks cool

Wanted the 60th Anniversary, but it was non-ES only. Ended up with the Cobalt blue. The Cobalt was a pleasant surprise when I got it into the sun. Gorgeous!

Bob was like a god to me back in the late 70's. I had forgotten all about him until a couple years ago I came across his name on an aviation website. Turns out he is into bush planes and is an active pilot.

I really liked the white ones, but the black has really grown on me. I like it a lot more than I thought I would. Of course, the fact that it's an incredibly sweet ride might have swayed me too.

How many blues has there been in the US market? I'm aware of the '17 Cobalt blue and the Team blue, but I thought I saw a lighter blue bike the other day than the Team blue, Seems like someone mentioned another color in some thread or another. Has there been 2 or 3 different blues?

It says Team Yamaha Blue. It looks close to Sunoco blue. Is it the same blue that was used in '14? The '12 blue looks close, but lighter.
