Loaded for 2-up base camping and riding loops.  Everything but water including food for 3 days.

More bulk than weight.  Purpose was to ease spkldoe in a positive way into 2-up camping and it went well.  A coupla more runs (and gear purchases) and we will be ready to take a set it up, tear it down and move it each day trip.  Target is mid-Aug.  I'm optimistic!

Here ya go

Thats an Alps Chaos 3 sitting on top of the Aerostich MotoFizz bag.
Bag not waterproof, but all internal contents are in a waterproof bag.
Love the tent. Love the MotoFizz. Can't remember who on the forum suggested it, but it is fantastic.
Happy Trails Panniers carry all the rain gear and kitchen.

There is no better weekends than packing the Beast up like this and hitting the road with my 30 year soul mate. She loves this bike.

College football season coming! We follow the team for every game. Nothing like it.

This was my month long trip:
Givi 52 liter top case, MuffinTop Industries welded aluminum panniers, tank bag, and an old duffel that just fits perfectly and I've used for years. The items in the duffel are in large garbage bags.

Later in the trip, I needed space in the Givi and the Alps Meramac 3 person tent rode on the duffel as shown below:

Uh huh; but you see we had entirely different objectives.  You were traveling 10 days and I was 2 hours from home base camping and riding loops.  I am s-l-o-w-l-y trying to convince my aging better half (I promise you they are a lot less flexible in every sense of the words once north of a half century) that 2-up camping is fun and I managed to make a good shot at it on that trip.  We had several luxury items including food and a cooler.  I'm just fine with my packing and the way things went.

Oh, I appreciate luxury, too.  :)

I'm a minimalist. Complete with tent, sleeping bag, pad, ground cover, extra riding gear and a weeks worth of clothes etc. Probably will have side cases next year. I've got a small Motofizz on the back and a tank bag.

Left side case holds clothes (change of clothes for night and extra set of riding clothes, plus sweater) plus towel, toiletries and extra shoes).
Right case holds stove, fuel, enough food for 6 to 8 days, drinking water and a liter of extra water.
Top case holds sleeping bag, rain liner, camera and computer.
Tent strapped onto right side case
Pad and camp stool strapped onto left side case

There's enough room for extra clothes and food, plus jacket and pants liners.

Worked for 10 days on the CDR.

Nice and tidy, I like that. Retro on the hand guards, that is a fantastic idea! I'm going to have to look into that.

Keeping it simple for a 5 day trip - I took way too many clothes, but otherwise I now have a good system down pat now.  This is at the entrance to Hwy 24 - a great 100 km run of twisties.
