None of these beat the Tenere for all round enjoyment.  The ZRX is fast and nimble, yeah, very fast and very nimble.
I really liked my ZRX, but the Tenere made it feel SOOO small, I had to get rid if it!  :'(

Looks better without the trunk! Nearly a Vaquero!
Indeed, it does.
I made the trunk quick-release and it's easy to convert the bike back to a 2 up tourer whenever wifey wants to ride.

And you from Ontario, that's awesome.

Wow, 556,000 KMs = 345,482 miles - that's impressive! When do you eat, sleep, etc. i.e. do all the normal stuff!

It has been a really good motorcycle, I hope my new Tenere is equally reliable. 3 months old today and 10k on it.

Nothin wrong with owning a ZR ::008:: 91 ZR750 Zephyr. This model Kawasaki isn't very common here in Canada and to date we haven't seen a ZR 1100 so I don't know if the 1100 got imported here. A previous project done by my son and myself.

Don't see anything "girly" about it. (them)

In fact, I don't even know what makes a bike a girls bike. Just because a girl rides it?  If that were true, then a GSXR1000 is a girly bike.

I love those old school oil-cooled i-4 bikes of my past. I ruled the world on a few of them. (Can't believe I survived some of the stuff I did on them)

My Meanstreak, just left the clan as being unloved.....
As I get older, I am no longer surprised at what I know, I'm surprised at how much I don't know.

Thanks, over the years I added lots of extras (including stuff from the USA) but since I bought the Tenere for touring it was only doing about 400 miles a year, someone from the U.K. FJ/FJR owners site bought it. After many years of sterling service the old XJR is now my hobby bike, we are both retired and now she mainly goes out on club night and sunny day runs. Although, the photo was taken last year at a naked bike meeting in Rotterdam, Holland.
