I’m looking for road/route recommendations for Northern Italy. I’ve been told that it’s hard to choose wrong, but was interested to know if anyone has some favorites.

Hi mate.
I actually live in the Noth Est of Italy.
If I can I would love to show you around depending on when you will be here.
I live a couple of hours from Dolomites which is my favourite place to ride on.
I can suggest also local roads not famous but very enjoyable.
Let me know when you will be here so we can meet up if you like company!!

UK to Greece ride May 2022.
I am from North Wales and I am going on a ride down to Greece in May 2023.I plan to go France.Switzland.Italy.Austria.Slovenia.Croatia.Montenegreo.Albania.Greece.Then ride up to Moldova.Bulgaria.Romania.back towards Albania and back through the Balkans for home.I can ride up to 700 miles a day...

Others use suggestions from Touren Fahrer, the German biker website.
Personally, dare I say it, I drag out the Michelin map along with their green guide & put together a few ideas myself.

While I haven't ridden on the Dolomites myself, I've been there years ago in the summer. I stayed in Moena, a small town there where my -back then- girlfriend lived. What a beautiful place, words can't describe how incredible it is. I've sworn myself since then I'd go back there and revisit so I'm starting to think I'll have to plan a motorcycle trip there one day.
