Jesse QRDP Luggage rack

I received my QRDP and it had no instructions. if anyone has installed this can you please tell me if the spacers should be two longer and two shorter lengths? I think I get how to mount it but all the spacers I received are the same size. Since the holes toward the front of the rack are recessed the spacers seem to need to be longer.

PM and email sent. They did not send any with the QRDP. I ordered the boxes back in early Dec. and got the boxes with emailed instructions but the QRDP was back ordered and I just got it. No instructions however. The front spacers seemed too short to mount the rack and I was really wanting to get this on this weekend so I just bolted it on as is and it seems right once on there. The instructions would still be helpful to ensure it is correct.

I didn't care for the adaptor that replaced the stock luggage rack to mount the Jesse Top Box, its heavy, and not very ridged. I ditched the jesse adaptor, installed an Altrider Luggage rack and pointed the case directly to the rack. Its a much more ridged mount. Now the box won't shake around like its got a mind of its own.
