These filters are the official Yamaha replacement filter fitted to new Super Teneres pre-delivery. Apparently the filter fitted at the factory is inadequate for Australian conditions. The crankcase breather inlet has now a foam cap fitted.

I'm not saying your case could be the same but that the fault lies elsewhere. These sensors are pretty simple and unless they have some visual damage there is probably nothing wrong with them.
What you have to remember it says "Rear wheel sensor, no normal signals are received from the rear wheel sensor".
That does not necessarily mean it hasn't been sent. I had the a similar issue and bought a new sensor. In the end it was a workshop mistake with mixing up the wiring plugs.
Yes, but in the right sequence, so don't do 1, 2, and 4 first, and then 3, 5 and 6, but first 1, then 2, then 3, then 4, then 5 then 6.
And use the specified angle for the individual bolt.
1) Tighten all bolts 1 -6 to 14 ft-lbs for the initial tightening to ensure they are all seated and home, in the sequence as shown on the diagram.
