    Top cases and passenger comfort

I’ve had exactly the same comment from my pillion passenger :) I’m still thinking through various options so dont have an answer for you I’m afraid. I’m hoping to create something that doesn’t involve drilling the top box, but is also removable as 90% of the time I ride solo… my thoughts at the...

    Top cases and passenger comfort

No worries, thanks Rob. After a bit of umming and ahhing I drilled the plate and managed to find some button head bolts that fit under the top box to avoid countersinking the holes (I didn’t have a countersink bit the right size, and necessity being the mother of invention etc etc )

Hi @bimota I’m looking to move my givi plate back exactly as you’ve done in your photo. I’m just curious how you managed to accommodate the three other countersunk bolts that hold the plate on now that their corresponding holes no longer line up? Did you just re drill and countersink the givi...

    Hi from the UK

Thanks. It’s a 2019, pretty much stock, apart from a few minor additions (different screen, sump protector etc)

    Screen for Gen 2

Hi, I bought a Puig touring screen for my S10. Straight swap for the OEM screen, you get to keep the same screen mountings and sat nav bar. I‘m 6’ 2” and on its highest setting I can still look over the top of the screen (which I prefer to looking through it), but I’m not getting the buffeting...

    Hi from the UK

It’s a shame that the lineage seems to have ended with the S10 it would be interesting to see what the next evolution would have been. As for putting a big motor in a small bike, my other bike is an Indian FTR, so I can vouch for it being a good idea :)

    Hi from the UK

I sometimes regret selling my TDM, it didn’t suit me as a tourer, but it was a great commuter/sunny weekend bike. At the time the garage was only big enough for one bike, so it had to go As it’s the S10 forum I should post a picture of that too!

    Hi from the UK

I had many happy childhood holidays in Lowestoft, but I confess I haven’t been back there for many many years!

    Hi from the UK

Hi Rob, Thanks for the welcome. Nice to hear you’ve had your bike so long and are still very happy with it. I do sometimes idly look at alternatives but the extras they have I don’t want, and they just never seem to ride as nicely. I can’t see me parting ways with the S10 any time soon . I’m in...

    Hi from the UK

Hi everyone, I only started riding 5-6 years or so, but I did struggle finding a tourer that I could get comfortable on. I’ve been through a Yamaha TDM900, Africa Twin & Honda Crosstourer none of which really seemed to suit me ( 6ft 2” and 110kg might have something to do with it!). Had the S10...
