Adventure into ADV Bike
« on: October 24, 2017, 01:49:28 pm »
I am here because an adv bug bit me. Got a brand new '16 standard. Had doubts regarding how these bikes perform since I have never ridden one before. You can say I am very impressed with my Super Ten. Hope to see more in the Santa Cruz mountains.

Coming from Harley-Davidson's so I have changed a lot in terms of riding styles. Current/past fleet is

'16 Yamaha Super Ten Standard
'14 Yamaha FJR1300ES
'14 Honda CTX1300 Deluxe
'10 Triumph Thunderbird 1600 (sold)
'10 Harley-Davidson Road King (sold)
'07 Harley-Davidson Sportster Low 1200 (sold)
'05 Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail (Traded)

I took the FJR whenever I felt like to test the speed limit a little bit :)

Wow!  You even have the same Canyon Cages.  And, you're right, it's hard to beat the feeling of the FJR's acceleration.  ::022::
