Also, just as a note, if you have a "rear" tire that you are putting on the front wheel, you flip the direction of the arrow due to braking forces and tire siping.  So it's not uncommon.  I see it a lot on the older machines I work on (70's/80's) simply because they can't find the matching tire for the front, or the sizes are weird.   Glad yours got sorted though! PO's can be a pain in the butt for years after you have the bike, and dealers aren't perfect either... :)

All of the manuals are online, so just Google the following:
[YEAR] yamaha super tenere owners manual

When looking for a manual for anything, I always put what it is and put PDF at the end. Lots of info comes up quick.
