Finished up the light mounting. Waiting for the three prong connector to finish with a relay for high beam on/off. These are HF spots. A little concerned that these "off road use only" lights might be two bright for the highway. They put the LED headlights to shame. I don't ride much at night...

The screw doesn't come out. The clip has a groove you press in and up (I think) to release and it rotates out of the way. You can remove the whole headight assembly to better see it if necessary. Sent from my SM-S918U using Tapatalk

Yesterday - corrected my fork seal mistake. They don't work so well backwards. Remounting the wheel today I noticed my "normal" cupping front tire had three lugs bulging. Not good! Found a local dealer with the TKC-80 on hand. Mounted and balanced. Moving on to relocating and mounting new lights...

Nice job. I have a similar one fashioned from a stripped down Harbor Freight wheel dolly and spare metal. Not as clean and compact as yours, but same function. I have learned with this type of dolly to be careful rolling forward. If you hit some resistance it can pop off the center stand...

I have done quite a few 10+ point turns on narrow trails where this could have been quicker. I have used the side side as a bead breaker but never tried this. I would not use it just for show, just like I don't do his rolling mounts and dismounts. Sent from my SM-S918U using Tapatalk

After seeing Bret Tracs demo this online, I am wondering whether to try this with the S10. Balance the bike with the side stand straight up and down and rotate the bike 180 degrees. Anyone here tried it? What could possibly go wrong??

You might also consider sending an oil sample in for lab analysis. If some bearing is going it might point to it. If the oil comes back clean, just upgrade your ear plugs. Sent from my SM-S918U using Tapatalk
